Office Administrator for Reimann Electrical

  • Part-time Casual
  • Work with a small friendly, professional team.
  • Training at home office in Wollongbar then mainly work from home.
  • Initially working 8 hours a week. Likely Monday and Wednesday 9 am to 1pm

A key role in our business, providing administrative support to the Owners.

This Northern Rivers founded, forward thinking electrical business is seeking a senior Personal Assistant to join our growing and friendly team.

Reimann Electrical is a residential and commercial electrical business with a strong focus on attention to detail, producing high quality workmanship. Our professional team take pride in everything we do and thrive on building excellent relationships with our clients. Our proven methods and systems ensure our projects are delivered seamlessly to ensure our client’s peace of mind. We are committed to our team and provide a quality onboarding process including a detailed manual.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling jobs.
  • Invoicing, payroll and other bookkeeping.
  • Customer phone inquiries, quoting simpler jobs to agreed list.
  • Social media.
  • Updating manual.
  • General administrative assistance to owner.
  • Role may grow over time.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be a fast learner willing to grow in the role.
  • To direct our 3 tradies to ensure admin. systems are followed
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • To be hard working and honest
  • Strong time management skills
  • The ability to multitask.
  • To be energetic and motivated
  • To be accurate with your work and have a keen eye for detail.
  • To be someone with strong collaboration skills that is happy to assist with any task.
  • Current driver’s license
  • Own your own vehicle or otherwise reliable transport.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience with Xero, or similar Accounting Software
  • Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry.

Job Details:

  • Part-time, initially 8 hours a week
  • Suggested Hours: 9 to 1 pm X 2 days a week initially all at Wollongbar.
  • Pay: $35 to $45 per hour depending on applicant. You will need to provide an ABN
  • Computer will be provided.
