We are seeking an experienced Level 1.5/2 IT Support Engineer for an onsite role in North Sydney, five days a week. This is an immediate start opportunity, initially covering leave for 3 weeks, with a high potential to transition into a contract role until the end of the year, supporting a key business project.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
• Office 365 Knowledge.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with mobile device management for iOS.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident management systems.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols, including VC systems.
• Proficiency in remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, RDP).
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair (desktops, laptops, printers).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune).
• Understanding of backup and recovery solutions.
