We are seeking a motivated IT Desktop Support Officer to provide support to the external delivery team for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting desktop infrastructure and services including Hardware, OS and Software.
• Deliver the best solutions based on the technical issue and information received.
• Escalate any unresolved issues to next level of support.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on processes.
• Perform face to face and remote troubleshooting to ensure successful resolution.
• Work with Head of IT to Support configuration and project work across the M365 platform.
• Hardware deployment and asset tracking.
• System auditing and compliance tasks.

Managing Tickets

The ICT Desktop Support Officer's will assist with the close co-ordination, tracking, monitoring and management of all issues, tickets, problems, and other contacts which are made until they are successfully resolved.

Highly Regarded

Experience and supporting/working with Windows 11, M365, MS Teams, Webex, Dell Laptops/Workstations, End-User Support.
