About the Role

As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll provide essential support for a range of critical applications, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and align solutions with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for key applications, including Blackboard, Echo360, Syllabus Plus, Allocate+, Sonia, and Lumivero
• Leverage ServiceNow to manage incidents and service requests efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure alignment with institutional policies and procedures in a bureaucratic environment
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance application functionality
• Document resolutions, best practices, and process improvements

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow and supporting enterprise applications
• Familiarity with Education applications and their role in an academic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Ability to navigate bureaucratic environments and ensure compliance with policies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
