We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this client-focused role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, addressing functional queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for users of the Blueshift ONE platform.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving intricate puzzles. You'll need to piece together information from multiple sources, debug/trace through systems and collaborate with engineers and consultants to uncover the root cause of issues. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, a keen ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, and a passion for helping people.

The Role:

As an Application Support Analyst, you will:

Tackle complex technical client inquires and application support issues.

Ensure accurate and timely triage of tickets in Jira Service Desk.

Investigate data discrepancies and perform data validation tasks.

Investigate and resolve data integration errors within Microsoft SQL Server.

Assist in our continuous improvement efforts by creating documentation and knowledge base articles.

Collaborate with our skilled engineers across software, cloud, IT and consulting disciplines to solve complex inquiries.

Coordinate the end to end management of application configuration changes to meet client needs.

Carry out incident management responsibilities.

Execute ad-hoc software upgrades, improving automation, other technical and CRM tasks as needed.

What You Bring to the Team:

A solid foundation in IT concepts, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. This role requires hands-on experience with software applications, databases, and IT systems.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, writing queries and debugging stored procedures is desirable.

Comfort with remote work and remote team engagement, possessing clear and considerate communication abilities.

A proactive, organized mindset that drives you to work efficiently, even under pressure.

A strong desire to continuously learn, adapt, and grow with new and evolving technologies.

Previous experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar environment would be advantageous.

Prior experience with Software Development or programming would be advantageous.

Availability for occasional flexible hours to ensure we're meeting our client's needs.
