About the role:

Based in Heatherton and Williamstown locations, as a Trade Counter Sales Professional, you’ll be the face of the business, providing outstanding service to trade professionals and retail clients. Your role goes beyond assisting customers—it’s about delivering expert advice, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences at the trade counter.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Every second Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and tailored recommendations
• Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked trade counter
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve shared goals
• Stay informed about the latest products to deliver exceptional solutions

What You'll Need:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service (plumbing industry experience is a bonus)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
