As an experienced painter with us, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

· Interior and exterior painting of residential and commercial properties.

· Wall and Surface preparation, including sanding, priming, and caulking before painting. Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulking, putty, plaster, or other fillers using caulking guns or putty knives.

· Apply paints, stains, varnishes, enamels, and other finishes onto various surfaces, including equipment, buildings, bridges, or structures, utilising brushes, spray guns or rollers.

· Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish, Estimate material quantities and costs based on surface measurements or work orders.

· Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps, and electric switch covers before painting. Eliminate old finishes through stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting.

· Set up scaffolding, swing gates, or ladders to access elevated areas for work. Create stencils and apply lettering and decorations to surfaces using brush and spray techniques.

· Select and procure tools and finishes based on factors such as durability, ease of handling, application methods, and client preferences.

· Employ specialised finishing techniques like sponging, ragging, layering, or faux finishing. Waterproof buildings using water proofers and caulking materials.

· Adhere to established safety protocols. Clean the work area after completing tasks and return equipment and tools to designated locations.

· Must demonstrate Physical skills such as manual dexterity, robust strength, and solid balance enable to deliver precise work, even in challenging physical environment.

· Maintain accurate records and perform general recordkeeping tasks.
