We’re looking for energetic, approachable, and detail-oriented people who enjoy working with their hands as much as they do helping people. If you like solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person for customers walking through the door—you’ll fit right in.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be front and centre, interacting directly with tradespeople, builders, and local customers, helping them with pickups, quotes, orders, and advice.

This role could suit people from all walks of life — whether you’ve worked at a hardware or trade counter (like Bunnings, Reece or Mitre 10), in warehouse dispatch with a customer-facing element, in fast food or retail, or even on the tools and looking for a steadier opportunity. If you're confident with people, enjoy variety, and are ready to get stuck in, we'd love to meet you. You may even come from a fast food, retail, or similar customer service backgrounds.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

  • Trade Counter Service – Greet customers on arrival, assist with pickups, and handle all walk-in enquiries
  • Sales & Quotations – Provide pricing and quotes on aluminium systems, sliding doors, and accessories
  • Stock & Order Management – Pick and pack orders, process transactions, and keep shelves stocked and tidy
  • Cross-Functional Support – Jump in where needed—helping in the yard, supporting deliveries, or covering the phones
  • Team & Safety Culture – Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow all WHS protocols and company policies
  • Reporting & Communication – Log backorders and stock issues, and keep the branch manager in the loop on customer needs and progress.

What You’ll Bring (Experience)

  • Previous experience in customer service, trade sales, fast food, retail, or warehouse/dispatch.
  • Confidence dealing with a range of customers in-person and over the phone.
  • A strong work ethic—you take initiative and follow through on tasks.
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet, lifting and moving product.
  • Team-first attitude—you enjoy pitching in wherever needed.
  • High attention to detail—you care about doing things right the first time.
