Your Role in Action
As a Construction Coordinator, you’ll manage the build journey from contract to handover, working closely with clients, trades, consultants and internal teams. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing pre-site and on-site documentation and client updates
• Preparing contracts, variations, permits, and reports
• Coordinating with consultants and authorities for relevant approvals
• Supporting site supervisors and estimators with handover packs
• Maintaining colour schedules and ensuring project files are up to date
• Acting as the key liaison for clients throughout their journey

The Skills That Set You Apart

• 2-3+ years in a similar role in residential construction, Knock Down Rebuild experience preferred
• Highly organised with strong admin and coordination skills
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
