The Mission:

2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
3. Collaborate with our operations team to deliver tailored rental solutions to all facets of construction.
4. Crush sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

The Candidate:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
2. A self-starting, results-driven approach, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the construction equipment rental space.
3. Ideally like a candidate with sales experience in the construction equipment rental industry (or a related field) but it is not essential.
4. You should have a track record of success in sales, and an understanding of what the rental market is and isn’t.
