We’re looking for a charismatic go-getter with the ability to work independently while strategically expanding market share. You'll have the support of the team at KAIJU! HQ, as you develop meaningful customer relationships, activate sales opportunities, and represent KAIJU! in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pubs, bars, and beer retailers in your territory.
• Strengthen existing customer partnerships to drive sales and engagement.
• Increase brand awareness through tastings, training sessions, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to grow the KAIJU! brand.
• Negotiate win-win outcomes with trade partners to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track progress and performance.
