Our client is a leading WA owned retailer with consistent year on year growth. As a result of ongoing growth, they are in the process of opening a new store over east and are looking to expand into all states across Australia and New Zealand.

What will I be responsible for?
This role will see you working within our clients internal sales team with a strong bonus incentive structure. Your main job duties include:

• Managing incoming queries and providing advise / ongoing support to customers to resolve any issues and meet their needs, mainly over the phone.
• Determining customer needs then recommending and products to suit customer requirements.
• Providing quotes, process orders, updating the customer database and following up on orders.
• Attending various industry events and trade shows to increase awareness and engagement.

How can I be successful?
We are ideally seeking candidates with strong previous customer service experience and a natural ability to sell to a variety of clients.

Experience within the outdoor industry, including having worked with cars, 4WD's, or caravans, is highly desirable.

As this is an ongoing, full-time role, we require candidates with full working rights and are available to work Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5 PM.
