We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Paraplanner / Associate Adviser to join our high-performing team. What you'll be doing:

Supporting and collaborating with senior advisers to deliver high-quality advice

Managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring exceptional service

Conducting investment and insurance reviews alongside other team members

Contributing to the implementation of advice, compliance procedures, and internal best practice

Playing a key role in advice production including SOAs and ROAs

Providing technical support to clients on superannuation, insurance, and investment strategies

Being part of strategic discussions and having a voice in shaping client outcomes

What you’ll bring:

2+ years in a paraplanning or associate adviser role

Experience in the implementation of strategies is a must

RG146 compliant, with relevant tertiary qualifications (FASEA/ASIC standard)

Experience with SOA preparation, client meetings, and advice implementation

Strong interpersonal skills—you're as comfortable building client rapport as you are building spreadsheets

High attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication

A motivated self-starter with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals

Xplan experience highly regarded

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
