The FC is looking for an experienced management accountant with natural leadership and innovative ideas for smarter operational reporting

The Role

This permanent position is a Senior Management Accountant with team management both direct, indirect and influencing of other operational departments. Communication is critical for the effectiveness of this position and function where budgets are collaboratively created and emotionally bought into and reporting is accurate and acted on.

Key functions of this position will include:

Ownership of the annual budget
Monthly operational reporting for month end financials, management packs and KPI reporting
Systems improvements across ERP, budget tools, forecasting and cashflow management
Leadership of the management reporting pack and management accountant team (2)

Key experience in similar healthcare services company will be strongly regarded along with multiple division businesses and business partnering activities to engage and support GMs of divisions with using their management packs to drive efficient and expanding businesses.

This position is a critical senior team member function where you will draw upon your career experience to drive meaningful and daily usable financial data for making informed business decisions based on sound and accurate financial data.

A key eye for detail and technical accuracy is critical along with a broad operational understanding of how a business functions from front to back end.
