About the role

Join the team at Camden Haven Auto Electrical as a Casual Receptionist based in Laurieton NSW 2443. In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy auto electrical workshop.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling general customer inquiries, booking appointments and providing information about our services
• Answering and transferring incoming calls efficiently
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and photocopying
• Assisting the team with other duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in an auto electrical or automotive environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and friendly customer experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and computer programs
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
