As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of Lifely’s Trade Program, playing a vital role in expanding our network of trade professionals. You’ll identify and onboard trade partners, assist with their orders, and foster meaningful relationships to build a thriving community. This role offers hands-on market exposure and the opportunity to shape and enhance our program’s success.

We welcome early-career professionals eager to grow with a fast-paced start-up. This part-time role has the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity as the program expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage, onboard, and support trade professionals, ensuring a seamless experience.

Execute targeted outreach via email, social media, and industry events to attract new partners.

Cultivate strong relationships to foster an engaged and active trade community.

Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to enhance program benefits.

Maintain and organize a lead database, tracking engagement and program growth.

Gather insights and feedback to continuously refine and improve program offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.

Experience in home & lifestyle, furniture, or eCommerce is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
