About the role

Rawvino Wines Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, SA. This full-time role is crucial in driving the growth and success of our brand through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth
• Overseeing all aspects of the company's sales and marketing activities, including advertising, digital marketing, events, trade shows, and direct customer outreach
• Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry influencers
• Effectively managing the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
• Collaborating with the operations teams to align sales and marketing efforts with the company's overall business objectives
• Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing management role
• Be fluent in Mandarin and English with a strong understanding of the Chinese and Asia-Pacific markets
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that have driven business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve ambitious goals
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and SEO
• Passion for the wine industry and a deep understanding of the Australian wine market
