The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales and marketing activities, ensuring we maximise our market reach and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our business objectives, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention.
Brand Development: Spearhead initiatives to build and reinforce our brand image and loyalty, creating marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the competitive financial landscape.
Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, particularly within the Asian market, to broaden our customer base and increase consumption of our financial products and services.
Reputation Management: Direct strategies to maintain and enhance Eurus Capital's reputation among customers, investors, and the wider public, ensuring our brand is synonymous with excellence and trustworthiness.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing and sales.
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advise executives and clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is essential.
