System Analyst / System Specialist (Workforce Management)

My client, a major NSW Government organisation urgently requires a Systems Analyst/Specialist with proven experience of Workforce Management Systems for this immediate 12-month contract role based in Western Sydney, and working from home (Hybrid)

Working in a highly skilled team of I.T professionals, this role will focus on acting as the System SME (Subject Matter Expert) of the organisation’s Workforce Management system, with duties including: Full lifecycle management of the system from System administration and support, system configuration, engaging with stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets business requirements, training system users and creating user training manuals, and working with software developers and project managers in order to complete system upgrades and enhancements, for this NSW Government organisation. This is a highly exciting role to work with some of the best-in-the-business, within an innovative technical environment. This initial contract will be for 12 months with further extensions highly likely and can be performed working remotely from home 2x days per week, with 3x days per week required in the client's Western-Sydney offices.

Essential Skills Required

• 7+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst/Systems Specialist in total
• 4+ years total experience of Full-lifecycle Systems Management (administration & support, configuration, enhancements and upgrades etc.)
• 3+ years’ experience of Workforce Management Systems (HR, Payroll etc.) in large enterprise scale environments
• Strong technical experience of the following: Kronos, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, and Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Full Drivers Licence

Nice to Have Skills

• Certified in: Kronos, ServiceNow or Power BI
• Previous Government, Banking or Telco experience
