About the Role:

INDEX Consultants are once again working with a Federal Government client. We are seeking a highly capable EL1 Systems Analyst with strong experience in SAP CRM, ETL, and data migration and reporting, ideally within a government or large-scale enterprise environment. This role is critical in translating business needs into robust, scalable ICT solutions that align with broader architectural standards and strategic objectives.

As a senior member of the team, you will lead the design and implementation of systems solutions, manage stakeholder engagement across departments, and provide strategic input into technical planning and workforce development. This role also involves mentoring junior analysts and ensuring high performance across projects, with a focus on continuous improvement, service delivery, and ICT capability uplift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of ICT solutions that support business processes and strategic outcomes, with a focus on SAP CRM platforms.
• Manage and prioritise workloads, guiding team members and allocating resources effectively to meet performance and delivery targets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements, gather requirements, and resolve complex functional issues.
• Oversee data migration activities, ensure integrity in reporting, and drive best practices in ETL processes and systems integration.
• Contribute to strategic ICT planning and governance, including vendor engagement, budgeting, and reporting on performance metrics.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Systems Analyst with the ability to lead projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM.
• Expertise in Data Migration, ETL, and Reporting.
• Proven capability in working with enterprise systems within large organisations or government departments.
• A Baseline Clearance or above, while not mandatory, would be highly regarded.
• Mandatory - You have to be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this role.
