Senior Duty Manager

Geebung RSL is seeking an experienced full time Senior Duty Manager to bring energy, fun, experience and commitment to the team. The successful applicant will be part of a dedicated Duty Manager & Supervisor team and have a hands-on approach across all departments of the club and lead by example at every opportunity.

To be considered for the position you will meet the below criteria:

• Minimum 2 years in a Duty Manager, Supervisory or Leadership position within the club/hotel sector, gaming, food, beverage or customer service industry
• Current RMLV and Approved Manager certification
• Current RSA & RSG certification
• Strong hands-on experience across all aspects of food, beverage, gaming, function and events
• Proven cash management & float reconciliation skills
• Strong computer skills and systems competency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a proven leader with a positive attitude and ability to motivate and mentor staff
• Proven ability to lead by example and promote a culture of continuous improvement
