About the Role
As an Organization and Methods Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to improve organizational performance. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, develop optimization strategies, and integrate technology solutions to enhance workflow productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with IT teams to integrate process automation tools and digital solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business process analysis or organizational development.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) are a plus.
• Experience with process automation tools, ERP systems, or workflow management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Figma).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
