Description:

We are looking for an Organisation & Methods Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive transformational change at Tuga Pastries by leading a comprehensive review and redesign of business operations. As an Organisation & Methods Analyst, you’ll work closely with executive teams to streamline production, optimize resource management, and enhance customer service—delivering measurable efficiency improvements across the entire bakery operation.

• carry out a comprehensive whole of business review of Tuga Pastries for the purpose of optimising and / or modifying processes as a means of driving greater efficiency within the business and particularly in the areas of:

• production processes;

• human resources management;

• other resource management;

• distribution and logistics;

• inventory and stock control; and

• customer service processes.

• document existing structures, processes and resourcing issues within the business that constrain efficiencies in particular areas and / or across the business as a whole;

• propose modifications to existing structures, processes etc – and further investments in the business - to maximise the efficiency of existing and additional resources;

• provide advice in relation to the cost associated with the implementation and adoption of new structures, processes etc;

• provide advice in relation to the potential disruption to the business associated with the implementation and adoption of new structures, processes etc;

• develop strategies of the successful implementation of new structures, processes and investments;

• manage the implementation of new structures, processes and investments to adhere to allocated budgets;

• establish and maintain systems that enable the company to capture and quantify improvements in efficiency realised as a result of any new structure, processes or investment;

• liaise with stakeholders about their processes and how these could be improved to drive greater efficiency in our business, especially in relation to improved communication channels and the mitigation of risks, e.g. supply chain risks; and

• undertake periodic reviews of business structures to ensure all the resources of the business continue to operate as close to maximum efficiency as possible.

About You:

• At least 2 yrs experience in a similar role

• Analytical Thinking, strong ability to problem solve

• Sound understanding of industry knowledge

• Project Management experience is beneficial

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Change Management experience
