About the Role:

Due to filling a Maternity Leave position, we are looking for an Office Manager on a Full Time basis, who shares our values and is ready to contribute to our continued success.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting the General Manager and Management team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries.
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating necessary repairs and renovations.
  • Overseeing timesheet management and liaising with field staff and clients.
  • Attending operational and client meetings, taking minutes, and managing records.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of our OHSEQ systems and ISO accreditation.
  • Managing asset and vehicle maintenance administration.
  • Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks and providing backup to the General Manager.
  • Handling financial responsibilities such as expense processing, payroll drafting, and account reconciliation.
  • Assisting with marketing and social media management to build engagement and brand presence.
  • Providing HR administration support, including recruitment, training coordination, and employee relations

About You:

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for ensuring smooth office operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • HR admin experience would be highly regarded

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: Immediate (handover & training included)
  • Salary: up to $75,000-80,000 per annum, plus Super
  • Days and hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
  • Office Hours: 6.30am - 2.30pm
  • Osborne Park location - free parking
