We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager / Business Support Officer to support the daily operations of two diverse organisations. In this dynamic role, you will manage a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless and efficient functioning of both businesses.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in two different sectors requiring flexibility, multitasking and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations for both organisations, including managing office supplies, equipment and amenities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, client appointments and travel arrangements for staff and clients
  • Provide administrative support, including electronic filing, record keeping, drafting and preparing reports and handling correspondence
  • Act as the first point of contact for both organisations, managing incoming calls, emails and inquiries
  • Support business operations, including liaising with external service providers and clients
  • Manage office budgets, invoicing and financial reports with confidentiality and discretion
  • Assist with human resources duties, including employee onboarding, maintaining employee records and payroll processing
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with legal and NDIS specific regulations, maintaining records and documentation as required by both sectors
  • Organise functions, planning days and networking events for clients and staff
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management or business support, ideally within a legal and/or NDIS-related environment
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with NDIS processes is highly desirable but not required
  • A valid police record check
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software
  • Proficiency in Splose Management Software and Stripe is desirable
  • Knowledge of financial management, invoicing and budget tracking
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
