About Our Centre – Goodstart Pacific Paradise

Located just moments from the stunning Mudjimba Beach, our five-room centre caters to children aged six weeks to six years and offers before- and after-school care (up to age 12).

We’re proud of our sensory and play-based approach, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, and our Kindergarten Program includes digital access and the Board Learn Program, helping children thrive and transition confidently into school.

Your Role as Educational Leader

• Partner with educators to observe, mentor, and elevate educational programs.
• Deepen the team’s understanding of child development and the EYLF.
• Lead meaningful professional conversations and practice reflection.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Centre Director to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children and educators alike.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
• A current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Previous experience leading educational change (preferred)
