ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.

**Please note this position is for a period of 6 months with the potential for a further 6 month extension, due to the secondment of the current HR Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice to our leadership team on best people practice, policies and legislation including Enterprise Agreements
- Lead, manage and support all industrial relation and disciplinary processes
- Review and interpret HR data and metrics to support decision making and provide trending themes and strategical reports to the Executive Team
- Support improvement projects within the People and Culture team
- Oversee all recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Support change and improvement within Human Resources and the entire organisation
Qualifications/experience required:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant
- 3+ years in a leadership or project management role (HR based)
Desirable:
- Experience in health
