About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of talent acquisition professionals

• Build relationships with schools, TAFEs, and community organisations to strengthen candidate pipelines
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Partner with employer organisations to understand workforce needs and match the right talent
• Leverage social media and marketing campaigns to enhance candidate engagement
