We are a long established and well- respected dealership located just 10 minutes north of the CBD and due to the addition of a high- volume brand we require an experienced Service Receptionist.

To support our busy service team, we are seeking someone with great customer service skills and attention to detail to join our service department.
The Role:
This important role within the dealership is focussed on ensuring that our valued customers are promptly communicated to over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver great customer service.
This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and take service bookings.
- Managing online enquiries, email enquiries and bookings.
- Prepare appointments in line with manufacture requirements.
- Checking and confirming upcoming service bookings.
- Co-ordinate transport for Customers to and from the Dealership (drivers licence is required).
- Liaise with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department
- Keeping the lounge area tidy.
