The Role

Working onsite within our ambitious, high-performing, and collaborative team for 3 days per week, you'll independently lead impactful PR and marketing communications initiatives. You'll coordinate campaigns effectively across multiple stakeholders and media professionals, crafting compelling content across diverse platforms. To succeed, you must exemplify exceptional communication, superior storytelling capabilities, intrinsic personal motivation, and the ability to independently draft initial content for PR and marketing initiatives.

This role suits someone who genuinely eats, sleeps, and dreams about PR, communication, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

High-Impact PR Execution & Media Relations

Independently secure impactful media coverage using your extensive connections with journalists, editors, advertising representatives, and publishers.

Strategically coordinate PR campaigns, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and campaign stages.

Pitch and develop unique, compelling stories tailored for both local and international audiences.

Content Creation & Storytelling

Draft powerful, engaging content for PR, marketing, and communications, independently producing strong first drafts for proposals, press releases, articles, and campaign outlines.

Clearly communicate brand messages across a variety of mediums, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact.

Hand content drafts confidently to internal specialists for further refinement and SEO optimisation.

Creative Marketing Communications

Execute innovative marketing campaigns collaboratively developed within the team, adapting messaging creatively across international markets.

Continuously refine and optimise campaign content for maximum engagement and measurable results.

Collaborative Implementation & Strategic Alignment

Work closely with directors and the wider team to translate strategic visions into clearly communicated, high-quality outcomes.

Contribute actively to team strategy, bringing your own ideas and insights grounded in your extensive experience.

✔ 5+ years' experience delivering outstanding results in PR and marketing communications roles.
