Bell & Moir Toyota Service Centre is a multi-award-winning Service Centre experiencing solid growth with ongoing improvements to our service process. We now require an additional Service Receptionist to join our professional service team.

The Service Receptionist will serve as one of the first points of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer experience through courteous and professional service. This role requires great organisational skills, the ability to think on your feet, and focus on customer satisfaction. The Receptionist will assist with bookings, general inquiries, administrative tasks and general assistance where required.
About the role.
As a Service Receptionist you are a key member of the service team, your role is to make the service processes for our loyal clients as simple and quick as possible.
To excel in this role, you need a combination of good administrative skills, attention to detail have great time management skills and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people.
Specifically, the job involves,
Booking clients vehicles in for servicing or repairs either in person, over the phone or by email.
Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond to customer email inquiries and booking requests promptly.
Create accurate bookings, ensuring customer details and requirements are correctly recorded.
Follow up with no-show bookings via phone or email.
Ensure cleanliness of the reception and customer lounge areas, including the coffee making area.
Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate effectively.
Sound administration skills and IT proficiency.
Payment processing
Accurate data entry
Prepare pricing estimates of service repair orders.
Prioritising daily bookings
Working through paperwork to ensure we are complying with Manufacturer Procedures
Banking and some basic administration duties

We conduct regular in-house training sessions, supplemented by factory specialist trainers for advanced sales and service development.
Remuneration package - Hourly rate of between $28 - $30 per hour (depending on experience) + available overtime + Superannuation contribution.
Hours of work - 8.00am to 5.00pm 5 days a week.
