This is a hands on role that reports to and works alongside our Branch Manager. The candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing of our diverse array of rotating equipment. The role is central to ensuring the safe and accurate building of our dewatering systems.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Leading in the repair and re-assembly of rotating equipment from clients.
• Assembling our complete systems with the aid of appropriate drawings, tools and lifting equipment in precise and timely manner.
• Troubleshooting assembly problems at our facility and recording findings to allow for continuous improvement.
• Safely lifting, transporting, loading and strapping down systems for dispatch using overhead cranes & fork lifts.
• General house-keeping duties.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A qualifications in engineering.
• 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Some exposure to leading small teams
• A dedication to safety
• PC skills, with the ability to document work efficiently
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• A fork lift licensed. A Riggers ticket would also be advantageous.
• A desire to further develop leadership skills in this environment.
• Ability to engage and work with others.
