About the role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly receptionist to join our team at Bluff Creek Campground in Kenilworth, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your availability. The shifts available are open to discussion with the right candidate but approximately 15+ hours a week. As the face of our organisation, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting guests at the reception counter
• Handling bookings, check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answering and routing incoming phone calls
• Providing information about our facilities and local attractions
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment
• A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
