Key Responsibilities:

• Website & Digital Presence – Design visually stunning web content that showcases the beauty and elegance of our venues. Experience in WordPress and Squarespace is a strong advantage.
• SEO & SEM Management – Implement Google SEO strategies to rank at the top of search results and execute Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted inquiries.
• Lead Generation & Client Engagement – Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the wedding planning process with warmth and expertise.
• Marketing Strategy & Brand Development – Develop innovative marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media strategies to attract and retain clients across multiple brands.
• Data & Performance Tracking – Monitor and analyze website traffic, advertising performance, and campaign success to refine and optimize strategies.

Requirements:

• Web & Digital Expertise – Proven experience in WordPress, Squarespace, SEO, SEM, and Google Ads with a strong eye for design and usability.
• Marketing & Sales Acumen – Experience in sales, digital marketing, and social media management, preferably within the wedding, events, or hospitality industries.
• Creative& Strategic Thinking – Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect authentically with couples and clients.
• Passion for Weddings & Events – A love for creating unforgettable moments and making every couple’s special day truly magical.
