At Black Market Coffee, our mission is to spark relationships by bringing people together over coffee. We are more than just a coffee company; we're a community. Starting from humble beginnings in a Sydney garage in 2010, our founders Angus and Jess built BMC with a mission to create connections and foster a positive environment for everyone involved. Today, our community spans across Australia, and we're passionate about supporting each other while delivering exceptional coffee.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement marketing strategies to support the business development of Black Market Coffee & Black Market Training businesses entities.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaign to build brand awareness, engagement and drive online sales.
• Oversee social accounts, curating posts, monitoring and responding to messages; Insta, FB, LinkedIN, Youtube, Tiktok
• Shoot and edit professional video and photograph content
• Coordinate weekly EDM’s
• Report weekly on digital marketing results
• Work with team leaders to market in-house and retail promotions
• Create and design print media; promotional materials, posters, information leaflets, coffee info cards, menus

YOU WILL THIVE IF YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to create engaging, persuasive, and impactful content.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and expertise in both organic and paid promotion strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
• A remarkable eye for design and aesthetics, effortlessly blending creativity with strategy.
• Ability to thrive autonomously, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Passion for coffee and hospo industry
