As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive market awareness and service adoption. Your key duties will include:

- Manage advertising efforts across multiple channels, including print and digital.
- Develop high-quality marketing content, promotional materials, and media assets to attract new customers.
- Plan and coordinate trade fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company’s services.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations to expand service reach.
- Represent the company at industry events and business forums to build connections.
- Develop customer retention programs to enhance engagement and build brand loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and optimise engagement strategies.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximising impact.
- Track campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI to optimise future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and business development, to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C service-based industries.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Experience in marketing campaign planning and execution, partnership development, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
