Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact pre-qualified customers via phone, email, and video
• Manage all aspects of the loan writing process, ensuring full compliance
• Attend team meetings with real estate agents and property managers
• Provide finance updates and insights to office teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business
• Option to attend open homes and property events
• Deliver a customer-first approach, helping clients secure the best financial solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an active loan writer
• Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
• Tech-savvy – proficient with Office 365, CRM platforms such as Broker Engine, and web-based tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• High attention to detail and ability to simplify complex finance solutions
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• A team player with a "can-do" attitude and commitment to success
• A willingness to put clients needs first and a strong desire to make a difference in the world of finance
• Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
• Current driver’s licence
