Join us as our Installation Project Manager and use your strong trade background to build out our Project Management capabilities.

This is a pivotal role that requires a strong trade background, experience with Tier 3/4/5 builders, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence and growth.

The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, enhance our processes, and step in with hands-on maintenance when needed.

You will oversee all day-to-day aspects of onsite construction and tasks including the following:

Liaising with clients with regards to contracts, claims, general contract administration.

Liaising with Project Managers and Contract Administators at some of Melbourne's best construction companies and projects.

Ensure that we deliver successfully on our exciting pipeline of high end projects

Onboarding of subcontractors

Manage day to day operations of multiple sites and subcontractor teams installing windows & engineered flooring

Supervising and Coordinating personnel and works on site to ensure projects are executed in compliance with contract requirements, client's specifications and legal requirements.

Inspecting works and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards.

Improve on and implement company processes, procedures and initiatives.

Pre-Visit sites prior to commencement of works, formulating the best logistics plan for us to nail our contract

Ability to give concise direction, to a range of employees and subcontractors of different skill sets

Take responsibility, have a good work ethic and take pride in the completed job

About you:

You have a strong background in, and understanding of, construction or carpentry

In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles

You are determined, switched on, keen to forge your path to success in the industry

Can be assertive and push back when CA's & PM's are being unreasonable

Proficient with computers & emails

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Ability to look-ahead, plan, facilitate teamwork, and effectively communicate.

High attention to detail and quality of works

Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
