About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading company in the fire protective coatings industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s market presence.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the fire protective coatings sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they select the right fire protective coating solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the fire protective coatings industry.
• Strong network within the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors in Queensland.
• In-depth knowledge of fire protective coatings, including application processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.
