π What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and construction sectors
Building strong relationships with maintenance managers, compliance and facility managers to consult on tailored fire safety solutions
Managing a hybrid workflow, balancing onsite visits with remote communication
Supporting company growth through strategic sales planning and brand advocacy
Working closely with a collaborative sales team β weβre a tight-knit family who support and grow together
Preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and ensuring profit targets and mark-ups are met
Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis to inform decision-making
β What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of proven sales success, ideally in fire protection or a technical sales field
Fire industry knowledge or experience is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills β able to speak the language of engineers, architects, and project managers
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Team player mentality β we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment
Business acumen and confidence in understanding budgets, margins, and markups
Comfortable in a hybrid role, with flexibility to manage field and office-based responsibilities
