Your Role: Fleet Supervisor – Driving Operational Excellence and Sustainability

As our Fleet Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, and motivate a high-performing fleet team.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulations.
• Sustainability Champion: Implement and promote eco-friendly practices throughout fleet operations.
• Maintenance and Logistics: Coordinate fleet maintenance, scheduling, and logistics.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: Desirable experience in fleet management or a similar supervisory role.
• Operational Expertise: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Sustainability Passion: A genuine commitment to eco-friendly practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to manage and maintain electric vehicle fleets.
• Driving Requirements: Current Australian Medium Rigid License and Drivers Authorisation (to be obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Pre-Employment Requirements: Compliance with the CaPTA Group’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
