The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our iconic seafood restaurant located on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

Previous supervisor experience is required.

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a senior wait person in a restaurant environment
• Full wine service knowledge
• Bar service knowledge
• Ability to lead a team
• Customer focus and passion to create an exceptional dining experience
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work individually & in a team environment
• Available to work split-shifts and weekends
