We’re now looking for a bar and floor supervisor to join the team.

The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in a similar guest-focused, high-energy venue or someone new to management with a hunger to rapidly progress their career and who we’ll help shape, train and develop into the ultimate hospitality superstar.

You’ll be passionate about world-class cocktails, wine and beer and be someone who has a real drive for excellent service. Steak and wine knowledge is preferable, but we have a full in-house training program and the most important characteristic is an appetite to learn.

As a supervisor at Meatmaiden, you’ll be helping maintain the standards of our exceptional floor and bar team and also learning all about the back end of hospitality. You’ll be given the freedom to implement your own ideas and creations and learn all different avenues of hospitality. The venue is ever growing and has plenty of space to develop within.

What the role will entail:

Helping lead a world-class venue

Creation of new and exciting cocktails

Ordering of stock and bar management

The day-to-day upkeep of the venue

Maintaining cleanliness standards

Cash-recs

Prerequisites:

Valid RSA

Three years’ experience in hospitality

A strong understanding of cocktail flavours and cocktail creation

A hunger to grow in the hospitality industry
