Job Description: Next Door is seeking an experienced and passionate Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. As Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant operations

• Manage and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff

• Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and customer service

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage the budget effectively

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food preparation and presentation

• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitability

Requirements:

• Previous managerial experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

• Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
