About the Role

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for our next Customer Service Co-ordinator. This critical business position is responsible for ensuring that every Grace Removals customer has an exceptional experience.

As the primary point of customer contact for service monitoring and feedback, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing service delivery outcomes to promote positive customer experience.
• Interacting with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure all commitments and client requirements are met.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving to resolve customer issues and escalate as required.

Our new team member will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role providing customer service and support.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet service delivery targets.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of our high customer service standards and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction results.
