Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to look after dispatch and customer service. This role ensures smooth order fulfillment while providing excellent support to our customers, most of whom inquire about deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics

• Push every order through a delivery channel, whether through our own delivery service or interstate couriers
• Book pickups or organise drop-offs for courier orders
• Act as the contact point for drivers, assisting them as needed
• Assist with optimising delivery schedules

Customer Service & Support

• Answer the company phone and assist with customer inquiries
• Respond to inbound emails and provide timely support
• Look after customer inquiries, mainly related to deliveries
• Handle order modifications, delays, and issue resolutions

Tech & CRM Support

• Use Shopify and CRM systems to look after customer interactions
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer inquiries
• Identify and suggest workflow improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service skills are a must
• Experience with Shopify and CRMs preferred Comfortable using various business apps and digital tool
• Dispatch/logistics experience not necessary but helpful
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable working remotely or in an office environment
