About the role

As the Operations Manager at Stockpro, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of our manufacturing and logistics operations. This full-time position is based in Condobolin, NSW, and offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive continuous improvement across our business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to meet production targets and optimise workflow.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics functions, including production scheduling, inventory control, and distribution.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, equipment.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitoring and reporting on key operational metrics, and using data to inform decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior operations or production management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Proficient in using data and analytics to drive operational excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or logistics
