An exciting opportunity has become available for a Group Operations Manager to drive success across a portfolio of our venues.
The Role:
Working as part of our Operations team and reporting to the COO, the Group Operations Manager will lead and guide the venue management teams, ensuring each business operates profitably while achieving its objectives, narrative, and budget. Business Managers are accountable for the overall venue experience, performance, and results across their portfolio.
Serving as the key liaison between the venues and head office, the role is to drive growth through collaboration, sound commercial decisions and effective controls. Extensive knowledge of Regulatory compliance will be key to excel in the role, working with venues across Regulatory licences, pest control, noise, WHS, DA and relationship with local police and authorities.
As a leader, the role will inspire and influence the performance of venue General Managers, fostering their development within their roles. This position demands a strong presence during peak periods, a deep connection to each venue, the ability to manage a large portfolio, and the expertise to make decisions with both a customer and commercial perspective.
