About the Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth workflow at our transport and storage facility. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee and manage daily transport and storage operations at our Wingfield facility
✔ Coordinate vehicle movements, scheduling, and driver assignments
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
✔ Manage warehouse inventory and vehicle storage operations
✔ Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
✔ Monitor and optimize efficiency in logistics and fleet management
✔ Assist in staff supervision, training, and operational improvements
✔ Oversee and manage admin tasks

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, admin or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate schedules effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
