The Company

This is a boutique, client-side Project Management business with a focus on industrial property development. With a best in class reputation in their niche, they work with Australia's largest listed property developers to deliver projects across the Sydney metro region. The majority of their work is repeat business, and their staff turnover is amongst the lowest in the industry.

The Role
This is an Assistant Project Manager role which will see you working alongside Senior Project Managers on a variety of industrial & commercial development projects. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. Responsibilities include contract administration, attending PCG meetings, helping to identify project risks, monitoring costs and much more.

What you'll need

Industrial project experience is essential. You could've worked client-side, for a builder, a subcontractor, an engineering consultancy, an architect etc. But you must have exposure to new build industrial construction projects.

A degree isn't essential but a qualification in project management, construction, architecture, civil engineering etc will help support your application.
